Custom Products

All of our products are custom-made and personalized based on the photos or requests provided by the customer.

For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please make sure that the photo you upload is correct and of good quality before completing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund if replacement is not possible.


Photo Quality Responsibility

The final quality of the lithophane depends on the photo provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for results affected by low-resolution or poor-quality images.


Order Changes

Order changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours after placing the order, before production begins.
